As 2018 draws to a close, Autism Berkshire will be taking time to reflect on another busy year at our Annual General Meeting, which will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Reading, at Caversham Bridge, at 7pm on Monday, November 26.
Alongside the formal business of the meeting, including the election of trustees, we are delighted to be able to welcome autistic speaker and trainer Richard Maguire, from Buckinghamshire, who will give a talk and take questions from the audience. Richard is known for taking a positive and practical approach to life on the spectrum.
Autism Berkshire members will be able to hear Richard’s presentation free of charge, but if any of your friends would like to join us after the business is concluded – by about 7.30pm – then they will be able to buy tickets, priced £5, plus a 92p booking fee, on Eventbrite at this link – https://bit.ly/2PeVjoD
The AGM will look back at our achievements in 2017-18 and elect trustees to guide our work in the future and ensure that we continue to deliver a comprehensive range of advice, support, training and leisure activities that make a difference to the lives of children, young people, adults and families living with autism throughout Berkshire.
Autism Berkshire members will receive a formal notice about the meeting in the post shortly.
