This FREE course is suitable for parents and carers of children and young people with autism spectrum conditions, or whose children are on the waiting list for a Berkshire CAMHS autism assessment.

It looks at distressed behaviour and meltdowns in children with ASC, how to cope and how to help children to understand and communicate feelings

Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided, however please bring your own packed lunch.

There will be complementary seminars about Understanding Autism and Meeting Sensory Needs on Thursdays June 13, and June 27 respectively. Places for these need to be booked separately.

  • Please note that this seminar is intended for parents and carers living in the Borough of Bracknell Forest. Please see our website for information about our courses in other parts of Berkshire.
