Speaker meetings

BAS holds a speaker meeting quarterly, where members and non-members are welcome to listen to a variety of speakers in their topic of specialism related to autism.  


Forthcoming speaker meetings are:

Thursday 22nd March 2012: John Warren, an adult with Asperger Syndrome will be talking about his experiences through life.

Thursday 21st June 2012: Fiona Knott, a clinical psychologist with Berkshire CAMHS, will be talking about anxiety problems in children and adolescents.

Thursday 20th September 2012: Dr Catherine Tissot from the University of Reading will talk on 'Transitioning from child to adult services'.
