A new ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) course aimed at parents and carers will be starting at Calcot in September.
The classes, run by the Newbury-based Berkshire School of English, will take place at West Berkshire Council’s East Family and Wellbeing Hub, in Curtis Road, Calcot.
The course aims to improve understanding of spoken and written English and will cover topics including an introduction to primary school and the education system, communicating confidently and supporting children’s learning.
