Relaxation classes in the east of Berkshire for children with autism and their parents and carers will return in January.
They will again take place at venues in Bracknell, Windsor and Slough and are led by Katia Cornwall. She is a certified yoga and deep relaxation yoga nidra teacher and has many years of experience working with children and young people with autism.
Relaxation classes for children aged five to 17 feature a mix of one-to-one and group work for children of similar ability.
These classes teach strategies for relaxing at times of stress, using a variety of techniques, including breathing, body movements, mindfulness and visualization.
Deep relaxation classes for parents and carers looking after children and teenagers with autism aged five to 17 are suitable for all abilities.
They give participants an opportunity to relax, reduce anxiety, increase self-esteem and focus and improve flexibility.

The classes are funded by the Berkshire East NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups Federation as part of the CAMHS Local Transformation Plan.
