The dates of our trampolining sessions for children and teenagers with autism aged four to 18 in Reading and Bracknell until July are now available.
Trampolining is recognised to be a good way to encourage people with autism to get exercise and helps to improve motor skills and strengthen muscles.
All the places at our sessions are currently taken, but we operate a waiting list and will notify parents and carers when places become available.
Click here for the details of forthcoming trampolining sessions, more information about the sessions and details of how to get on the waiting list, plus all our other leisure and social activities for people living with autism and their families.
Autism Berkshire’s trampolining sessions are supported by a grant from the BBC Children in Need appeal.
