Autism Berkshire is pleased to be able to provide a new series of free Autism Seminars for Families for parents and carers living in the Bracknell Forest area.
They can now register for free places at workshops taking place early next year.
The courses, developed by the National Autistic Society, were all fully booked when we ran them in Bracknell last year and earlier this year.
Once again we will be offering three seminars – Understanding Autism, Managing Anger and Sensory Needs, as follows:
Understanding Autism: Tuesday, January 23.
Meeting Sensory Needs: Tuesday, February 27.
Managing Anger: Tuesday, March 6.
These workshops will take place at Bracknell Open Learning Centre, in Rectory Lane, running from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
Parents and carers from Slough can also register for free places at NAS Autism Seminars for Families taking place early next year.
These are as follows:
Understanding Autism: Friday, February 2.
Managing Anger: Friday, February 16.
Meeting Sensory Needs: Friday, March 2.
These will take place at the YES Shop in the Queensmere Shopping Centre, from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
Please note that places must be booked in advance for all these workshops and demand is expected to be high, so early booking is advised.
