Understanding Autism seminar on way in Windsor

Parents and carers living in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead can now register for free places at a new Autism Seminars for Families workshop on Understanding Autism.

The course will take place from 9.30am to 2.30pm on Friday, November 2, at Windsor Youth & Community Centre, in Alma Road,

This course is suitable for parents and carers of children aged up to 11, looking at what autism is, the assessment process at Berkshire CAMHS, where to get help, and other conditions associated with autism.

The Autism Seminars for Families courses, developed by the National Autistic Society, have proved very popular with parents and carers across Berkshire in the past couple of years.

Tea and coffee will be provided but please bring a packed lunch.

Please note that demand for places is expected to be high, so early registration is advised.
