During the coronavirus shutdown, we are posting lots of links to information and ideas for things that families can do at home on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
We have now compiled these links on two new pages in the Information and Advice section on our website and will keep updating the pages with more advice and activities over the next few weeks.
The first page has advice about the coronavirus and how to look after yourself and others, what support Autism Berkshire can still provide online and by phone during the shutdown about autism and benefit applications, and resources for parents and carers, including help with education and home schooling, and anxiety and mental health.
The second page has lots of ideas for things that individuals and families can do while they are at home most of the time, including online exercise and dance classes, Lego and craft activities, virtual tours of museums and wildlife webcams, and more.
If you know of anything that you think other autistic people and their families may find helpful while the coronavirus shutdown lasts, please let us know by email at communications@autismberkshire.org.uk
