Autism Berkshire’s 2022 Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday, November 20, and we are inviting nominations for new trustees to join the board that oversees the charity’s work.
We are particularly keen to hear from people who have a personal commitment to making a difference to the lives of individuals and families living with autism and the drive and enthusiasm to take the charity forward, including parents/carers of autistic children and young people, autistic adults, and professionals with business skills, management experience and understanding of charities.
Anyone who is interested in becoming a trustee and would like more information about the charity and what the role involves should contact Autism Berkshire’s chief executive officer, Jane Stanford-Beale, for an informal discussion. She can be contacted by email at ceo@autismberkshire.org.uk or call 07795 807249.
Candidates should be able to attend the AGM, at 2pm on Sunday, November 20, at Prospect Park Pavilion, in Reading.
Please note that all candidates to become a trustee must be nominated by a paid-up member of Autism Berkshire, using our nomination form, which is available through the link below.
Completed nomination forms must be returned by Monday, November 14, either by email or post.
