Job opportunity for new Adult Autism Mentor

Autism Berkshire is launching a new support service for autistic adults throughout Berkshire on behalf of the Frimley NHS Integrated Care Service and the Bucks, Oxon and Berkshire West NHS ICS, and has a vacancy for a part-time Adult Autism Mentor to work for the service, who has experience supporting autistic people and their families.

Knowledge and experience of autism is essential for this role.

The postholder will support autistic adults who have a diagnosis, or are waiting for assessment, helping them to access health, education, community, and other services throughout Berkshire, and will help to develop new social groups.
