The West Berkshire Voluntary Sector SEND Providers Voice group is asking people with additional needs living in the area, and their families, to take part in a survey.
The group wants to find out about the SEND support services that people use, or have used in the past, in West Berkshire and nearby areas, or further afield, and to help identify gaps in local provision.
It takes just a few minutes to complete the survey.
Autism Berkshire is one of the charities and other organisations that make up the group, which is co-ordinated by Volunteer Centre West Berkshire.
