Adult autism support service offers more free advice workshops

Autistic adults can request free places at four online autism advice workshops from the Berkshire Adult Autism Support Service, taking place in July and September.

The workshops will offer information about aspects of autism and tips and strategies to help participants to navigate daily life and social situations, improve their understanding of autism and increase their self-confidence.

Please note that you must be aged 18+, with an autism diagnosis or waiting for assessment, and be registered as a patient with an NHS GP surgery in Berkshire to take part in these workshops.

The workshops available, which will take place using Zoom on Tuesday evenings between 6pm and 8pm, are as follows

  • Sensory Differences: July 9
  • Planning & Organising: July 23
  • Anxiety & Autism: September 10
  • Understanding Other People: September 24
