Ask for Advice and Support for Autistic Adults

The easiest way to contact the Berkshire Adult Autism Support Service to get help from our team is to complete our online contact form*.

This collects your details and allows you to tell us something about any support are currently receiving and what kinds of help you need.

You can also contact the service in the following ways – please remember to include a daytime telephone number and an email address in your message, so that our advisers can get in touch with you:

  • By email at adult.support@autismberkshire.org.uk
  • By phone at 01189 594 594 (select option 2) – if the line is busy or you call outside office hours, please leave a voicemail and one of our advisers will contact you.

Please note that this service is only available to people who are registered as a patient with an NHS GP surgery in Berkshire (ie the Reading, Bracknell Forest, Slough, West Berkshire, Windsor & Maidenhead and Wokingham council areas).
