SUMMARY:Chop & Chat course for autistic adults
DESCRIPTION:This course from the Berkshire Adult Autism Support Service is 
 made up of eight weekly classes\, focused around preparing and cooking a m
 eal\, getting advice and sharing ideas for problem-solving\, and discussin
 g key life skills\, plus time to chat.\n\nThe aim is to develop life skill
 s\, boost self-esteem and confidence\, and improve participants’ educati
 on\, training and employment prospects.\n\nThis course will run on the fol
 lowing Monday evenings\, October 2\, 9 &amp\; 16\, November 6\, 13\, 20 &a
 mp\; 27\, and December 4\, between 6pm and 8pm.\n\nNB: To take part in the
  course you must have an autism diagnosis\, be aged 18 or above\, and live
