SUMMARY:Online Understanding Your Benefits Rights Workshop (Universal Credi
 t & ESA) for ages 16+
DESCRIPTION:Find out about your rights to claim benefts and how to make a c
 laim\, plus information about employment advice and support and workplace 
 rights.\n\nPlease note that these workshops are open to autistic young pe
 ople and adults (aged 16+) who live in Berkshire\, or who attend a college
  or university in the county\, and their parents or carers – we regret
  that we are not able to offer advice to people from other areas\, due to 
 funding rules.\n\nThese free workshops are led by Autism Berkshire's benef
 its service manager\, Kevin Jackson\, who has extensive experience of supp
 orting autistic individuals and their families with benefit applications\,
  appeals and at tribunal hearings.\n\nThis session will include detailed a
 dvice about claiming Universal Credit and Employment &amp\; Support Allowa
 nce (ESA) for those aged 16+\, how to complete the application form\, what
  supporting evidence to include when making a claim\, and the appeals proc
 ess.\n\nKevin will also look at what employment advice and support is avai
 lable and disabled people's rights in the workplace.\n\nFor more informati
