DESCRIPTION:This free interactive workshop from the Berkshire Adult Autism 
 Support Service covers executive functioning – thinking through what we 
 need to do\, carrying out the task and remaining in control of our emotion
 s\, even if things change. It looks at ways to achieve better executive fu
 nctioning\, including using mind maps\, decision trees and critical thinki
 ng\, along with problem-solving\, plus tips on ways to create calm and man
 age emotions.\n\nIt is open to autistic adults\, with or without a formal 
 diagnosis\, who are registered as patients with a GP surgery in Berkshire.
