DESCRIPTION:This free interactive workshop from the Berkshire Adult Autism 
 Support Service\, tailored for parents and family carers\, provides an int
 roduction to anxiety\, which is thought to affect about 40% of autistic pe
 ople\, some of the things that can trigger anxiety and the problems that i
 t can cause\, including meltdowns\, shutdowns and burnout. It explores way
 s to recognise signs of anxiety\, cope with it and manage emotions\, plus 
 therapies that can help some autistic people who are affected by anxiety.\
 n\nIt is open to parents and family carers of autistic adults who are regi
 stered as patients with a GP surgery in Berkshire.\n\nClick here for more
