DESCRIPTION:This free online informal get-together with our family support 
 workers will offer advice about making the move into full-time education a
 nd look at ideas that parents can use to ease the process and support thei
 r children through the transition to primary school. There will be plenty 
 of time to ask questions.\n\nThe session is provided by the Berkshire West
  Autism &amp\; ADHD Support Service for parents/carers of autistic childre
 n aged 3 to 5\, whether they already have an autism diagnosis or are on th
 e Berkshire CAMHS waiting list for assessment\, and who are registered wit
 h a GP surgery in the Berkshire West NHS area (the Reading\, Wokingham and
