These free online groups – using Zoom – offer opportunities to meet up with our senior adult support mentor Michelle Errington and other young autistic adults, autistic women, or mothers of autistic adults, in a friendly and supportive setting to chat, share issues and ideas and get advice in a relaxed atmosphere.
Those taking part are encouraged to set the agenda and suggest topics to discuss.

Please note that you are welcome to log on or leave at any time during a session, if you have other commitments, and you do not need to have your camera or microphone on – you can just listen and join in the discussion if you want to.
Online social group for Young Autistic Adults
These free monthly get-togethers, which take place on Thursday evenings between 6pm and 8pm, are open to young autistic adults aged under 30, with or without a diagnosis, who live in Berkshire and are registered with a GP surgery in the county.

These free fortnightly get-togethers, which take place on Thursdays between noon and 2pm, are open to autistic women (aged 18+), with or without a diagnosis, who live in Berkshire and are registered with a GP surgery in the county.

This free group, which meets on Thursday evenings between 6pm and 8pm, is open to autistic men who live in Berkshire and are registered with a GP surgery in the county.
