The easiest way to contact the Berkshire West Autism & ADHD Support Service to get support is to complete our online registration form*.
This collects your details and allows you to tell us something about your situation and the advice and support that you and your family may need, to help our team provide you with tailored help.
You can also contact the service in the following ways – please remember to include a daytime telephone number and an email address in your message, so that our advisers can get in touch with you:
- By using our online contact form
- By email at contact@autismberkshire.org.uk
- By phone at 01189 594 594 (select option 1) – if the line is busy or you call outside these hours, leave a voicemail. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Please note that this service is only available to people who are registered with a GP surgery in the Berkshire West NHS area (Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire) – click here for a list of surgeries.
