The lunch club offers a monthly opportunity for autistic adults who live in the Reading Borough Council area to meet and chat over a meal, share experiences and ideas, and get advice from our adult autism support team.
It normally meets at the Toby Carvery Caversham Bridge, in Richfield Avenue, Reading, and is facilitated by one of our adult autism support mentors and an autistic volunteer.
Please note that you will have to pay for your own meal and drinks. Along with traditional carvery fare, vegetarian and vegan options are available.
The club will meet monthly. Details of dates and times will be available soon.
If you would like to express an interest in attending the Reading Lunch Club, or have any questions, please email adult.support@autismberkshire.org.uk or call 01189 594 594 (option 2) and leave a voicemail message with your contact details. One of our adult support mentors will get in touch.
- The lunch club is supported by Reading Borough Council’s Closing the Gap project, which supports work to improve mental health and reduce loneliness and inequality.
