Positive Thinking workshop on offer to parents and carers

Parents and carers who live in Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire can benefit from a free Positive Thinking workshop being delivered online by Autism Berkshire in March.

It offers an insight into how to approach life’s challenges in as positive a way as possible and setting realistic goals, including ideas and exercises to try at home for yourself and your child.

The workshop will take place online on Thursday, March 11, from 10am to 11.45am.

It is open to all parents and family carers – including grandparents and other relatives – of children with additional needs, including autism and ADHD, who live in the three unitary council areas.

If you are interested in registering for free places at this Positive Thinking workshop or have any questions, please complete and submit our online contact form, email contact@autismberkshire.org.uk or call 01189 594 594 (option 1) and leave a voicemail message including a daytime telephone number. Our family support team will get in touch as soon as they can.

  • This workshop is supported by Reading Borough Council’s New Directions College community learning service.
