Friday Lunch Break switches to fortnightly sessions

Our free Friday Lunch Break online get-togethers for parents and carers of autistic children and young people in Berkshire are switching to a fortnightly schedule for the rest of this year.

The Friday Lunch Break gives parents and carers an opportunity to chat, share issues and ideas and get advice in a friendly and informal way.

Our family support worker Amanda Walker will be back online on Friday, October 8, with more sessions lined up later in October, in November and early December.

Whether you have any questions, helpful tips to share with other families, any other issues you would like help with, or you just want a chance to take some time to relax and chat with other parents and carers, you are welcome to join a session.

The sessions take place online on Zoom between 12 noon and 1pm. If you can’t make it on the dot of noon, you are welcome to join in at any time during the session.

You can now register for free places at the following Friday Lunch Break sessions. Click on the dates when you would like to attend to book a place – registration will be open until 11.59am on the morning of each event:

If you have any questions, please let us know by using our online contact form, by emailing contact@autismberkshire.org.uk or calling 01189 594 594 (option 1) and leaving a voicemail message.
