The Berkshire West Autism & ADHD Support Service is running a free online advice session about the Transition to Primary School after the Easter holiday.
The session is tailored for the parents and carers of autistic children aged 3 to 5 who will soon be starting full-time education, whether they have a diagnosis or are waiting for a Berkshire CAMHS assessment, and are registered at a GP surgery in the Berkshire West NHS area (the Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire council areas.
It will take place on Thursday, April 24, from 10am to 11.30am.
Members of our family support team will share tips and strategies that parents can use to ease the process and support their children through the transition to primary school
There will be plenty of time for discussion and for parents and carers to ask questions.
