Our deep relaxation classes for parents and carers in Slough are moving to a morning time slot for November.
The sessions on Fridays November 4, November 18 and November 25 at the Copthorne Hotel Slough, in Cippenham Lane, will now run from 9.30am to 10.30am, rather than taking place in the afternoon.
However the last class of the autumn season, on Friday, December 2, will be held at the regular time, between 1.15pm and 2.15pm.
