More free Positive Thinking workshops for parents and carers of children with autism will be provided by Autism Berkshire in 2018.
They focus on ways to enjoy the moment, see the positives in life and to set realistic goals for yourself or those you support.
We will be running two workshops at RISC (Reading International Solidarity Centre) in London Street, Reading, on Tuesday, January 30, and Tuesday, March 20, both from 10am to noon.
RISC is a short walk from the Queen’s Road and Oracle Centre car parks and close to town centre bus stops.
The workshops are open to parents and carers – including grandparents and other relatives – who live in Berkshire.
Please note that free places at our Positive Thinking workshops must be booked in advance.
