Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a young person who has been diagnosed with ADHD to talk to staff at an ADHD Pathway away day.
They want to hear from someone who is able to talk for about 10 minutes on their experience of the ADHD Pathway process and explain to the staff at the event what aspects the speaker feels helped them and what did not help them.
