Job opportunities with Autism Berkshire supporting autistic adults

Autism Berkshire has two job vacancies for part-time staff to support autistic adults across the county and at our Bear With Me social group in Maidenhead.

  1. An Adult Autism Mentor working for the Berkshire Adult Autism Support Service, working 7 hours per week, helping to provide Helpline advice and support, attending online workshops and running monthly face-to-face drop-in problem-solving and advice sessions in Slough. Experience of working in a role supporting autistic people and their families is essential for this role.
  2. An Adult Autism Mentor to work 3 hours per week at our Bear With Me social group for autistic adults, which meets weekly on Wednesday evenings in Maidenhead. Knowledge and experience of autism is essential for this role, which involves supporting adults who have a diagnosis, or are waiting for assessment, and have a range of support needs.
